Some of you may remember that I used to write a student food blog which I drew to a close shortly after finishing university. Well, I am pleased to announce its reincarnation (of sorts) as a printed publication: Fraîche. 

For the past 6 months or so I have been beavering away at selecting the best articles, painstakingly retesting and re-photographing the recipes and editing the stories and reviews, then putting it all together. The result is a one-off magazine that hopefully reflects something of the essence of three years worth of culinary experiments and expeditions in between working and studying for a degree.

The point was also to build up something of a portfolio, too, a document that contains an up-to-date exhibition of my food photography as well as an insight into my passion for writing, cooking, design and publishing!
